Mid July and things are flying!
We had a quiet Independence day.
We combined duties with the staff here at the park,
and had a cookout.
We watched fireworks out our window,
making sure Cooper wasn't traumatized :-)
Speaking of..
his collar has come off,
and he's all healed from his 'surgery'.
He's very much a puppy still, almost 7 months old,
and loves to sleep on the back of the recliner :-)
Last Saturday was Jennifer's bridal shower.
It was held at her aunt's house,
and it was lovely!
Jennifer's aunts, cousins, and friends were there.
Martha, her Mom, is holding her newest granddaughter, Grace.
Granddaughter Madelyn is looking on.
Jennifer is waiting for all the guests to arrive.
Heidi, Jennifer's sister-in-law, Madelyn, Jen, Grace, Martha.
Jen had fun opening her presents,
most from their registry at Bed, Bath, and Beyond.
Jen's aunt got her matching aprons,
adorned with 'Wulf Pack'.
Adam's last name (and Jen's soon!), is Wulf!
Mom and I had a good time at the shower,
and loved seeing all her gifts.
3 weeks until the cruise,
and a week after that is the wedding!!
Seems hard to believe it’s been about a year since my daughters shower! The wedding will be here before you know it - how exciting! Wishing you an amazing day!
ReplyDeleteShowers are always such happy times. You have some really exciting things coming up with the cruise and the wedding. Anticipation is so much fun!
ReplyDeleteWulf Pack. That is so cool! Someone put a lot of thought into that gift. :c)
ReplyDeleteHopefully Cooper did well with the fireworks. Glad the shower went well!
ReplyDeleteLots of exciting times ahead for you guys. Love the Wulf Pack aprons.
