Say it isn't snow!!!
We've had one lazy day.
We spent most of the day
and the rain outside.
We rented 3 movies..George picked
'Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy'.
I had a hard time following it.
Good thing we watched that
last night..I was on the computer
for the most part.
Today we watched
and 'Iron Lady'.
I loved that one.
Meryl Streep was fabulous!
Sunday morning is my 'weigh in' day..
I lost another pound!
My total loss is 9# now..
not giving up yet :-)
Yesterday I baked some
blueberry muffins too:
They were fabulous!
Easy to make, healthy too!
Almond flour, eggs, cinnamon,
baking powder, honey,
and frozen blueberries.
We also were visited by
a few more birds:
Tomorrow is back to the grind
for me...more rain...
and in the western part of the state..
and lots of it!
Just remember, slow weight loss is more permanent weight loss. Those muffins taste delicious. Drink a lot of water with them, that helps weight loss too.ReplyDelete
It's been a very rainy day here in NC also. We rented a couple of movies to watch today too. Happy lazy day!ReplyDelete
This weather is just crazy!!ReplyDelete
That's a nice looking woodpecker in your picture!!! We have several variety in our backyard and I love watching them. :-)
Congratulations on the weight loss!!! Did I miss this but what are you doing to lose?? If you posted this, I apologize, just send me back to the entry. Thanks!!

Just a healthier way of eating :)
Is that a recipe from the book? I'm going to look for it. I want to try the almond flour, I sure I can get it at Whole Foods.ReplyDelete
Hang in there. -9 is a good start.
I actually got it from the website. I can send it to your e-mail..Delete
Please do, or post it in a blog. I find putting recipes in my blog neat because then if I want to make them again, I can find them.Delete
I was suprised to see the honey. Isn't it just another form of sugar?
Never mind, I Googled it and found the recipe! He says he get the Almond flour at Trader Joe's and you know I'm a fan of that place!Delete
I am SO glad that we just got rain here. :) Buffalo/Rochester area was supposed to get like a foot of snow! Lucky them.ReplyDelete
I use to really like to hear "snow" in the forecast when I was a middle school teacher! Now, not so much and even less after Feb. Have a great week. :)ReplyDelete
I keep seeing newscasts of the weather back East. Rain is better than snow, I guess.ReplyDelete
Slow and Steady wins the race;o)))ReplyDelete
