Cleaning day

Pittman Visitor Center
Altoona, FL

Only a few days left in Florida!

Today was spent giving Harvey a bath.
George climbed up on the roof and scrubbed off all the
Florida dust and pollen.
I helped him rinse off the sides as he scrubbed them.

Our neighbors were quite entertained by the whole thing :-)

We were also being watched by this cute little lizard...

Everything is done and we're ready to go!
We turned in the forest truck and keys today.

Tomorrow we're going to pick up some groceries,
and I'm going for a pedicure.
There are a few of us going out one more time for dinner.
Sunday we'll worship Easter at the local Lutheran church.

Monday we'll hit the road!

  1. When George gets done with Harvey, will you send him over to do Lucy? She would very much appreciate it :)

  3. Really, I want to be 3rd in line. No where we ever stay will let us wash the rig and taking her to a drive in wash is a real pain. I can hear how excited you are. Safe travels!!

  5. Amazing how fast those roofs get dirty. Thinking before leaving here Len needs to do the same.

  6. We stayed somewhere recently where they didn't say you couldn't so we washed the rig and vehicles, amazing how much pollen and stuff was on it and we've only had it 2 months.
